That the Cyprus Symphony Orchestra Foundation, as an institution of musical excellence, will play a leading role in the musical and cultural education and life of our country, and that it will become an integrated orchestral and musical-educational ecosystem through which the Foundation’s enduring presence and contribution to future generations will be ensured.

Excellence is the fundamental value that guides all the Foundation’s activities. Excellence is ensured through the continuous improvement of the Foundation’s efficiency, infrastructure and operating procedures.

Respect is demonstrated in the ways in which the Foundation manages its funding, both from the state and private sector, in the way it develops its artistic programme and in the way it engages with the artistic profession, creators and audiences. It is further reflected, through the concern it demonstrates over the quality of the learning environment, towards the efforts of talented young musicians to achieve excellence and towards their families.
